Workflow Status

The Workflow Status is where your Case Workers and Operations Managers can get an overview of all ongoing processes and tasks and check the status of different processes.

Workflow Inbox

The Workflow Inbox comes out of the box in your AUTOMAIT platform. The Inbox is where your organization's Case Workers will see their relevant tasks relating to one, select or all processes.

Workflow Processing

When clicking on an active task in either the Workflow Inbox or the Workflow Status your Case Workers are able to process and execute the relevant tasks in the workflow.

Workflow Reports

In the Workflow Reports your Case Workers and Operations Managers are able to track the performance of all processes by zooming in on the lead time of each completed process.

Workflow Steps

Choose between 14 overall automation steps when configuring the automated workflows for your organization. Each step holds its own unique and powerful automation options.

Workflow Conditions

Use Conditions to manage the automated workflow on a granular level. Add as many conditions as needed in relation to the fields in your data capture form. Schedule the step to run as you see fit.

Assignee Management

Use the Assignee module to control who is involved in the specific workflow step. Select specific users or entire roles as participants in the workflow step. Assign the step to one, select or all assignees.

Conditional Routing

Conditional Routing lets you manage and route the actions of the workflow step to different assignees given the conditions you specify. Add as many conditions as you see fit for your workflow.

Flowchart Diagram

Use the Flowchart Diagram function to quality check your automated workflow during and after the configuration. The Flowchart gives you a bird's eye view of your workflow, for easy overview.

Folders for Task Management

If you need to control your operational flow on a more detailed level than what the standard configuration allows, then you can easily modify this by the use of Folders. Folders can be used for specific teams that handle cases for example for a specific type of clients.
